I still can't believe we did a day trip to the Hunter Valley from Palm Beach on the ferry and got back before dark. I booked Coast to Cork to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and he could not have had a more wonderful time. An incredible day & we've got the photos and wine (a lot of it) to prove it!!

We spent an amazing day with Coast to Cork recently. The tour was planned and executed perfectly. We visited wineries we never knew existed and they were incredible. And lunch was just wow! Thanks guys! Will be booking again to try one of the other itineraries.

I was worried it would be a typical group tour — packed, loud, and touristy. But this was the exact opposite. It felt intimate, like we were discovering secret spots locals keep to themselves. We had time to chat with the winemakers, sip at our own pace, and actually enjoy the scenery. At one winery, it was literally just our group on the deck, looking over the vines with a glass in hand. Pure magic. If you hate crowds like I do, this is the way to do the Hunter.

At first, I hesitated — could I really justify the price? But after going, I’d pay it again in a heartbeat. We visited places you can’t just walk into off the street, had gourmet food I still dream about, and every stop felt premium. There were no surprise charges, no up-sells, and everything was included. It actually saved us money compared to trying to DIY it. You can feel the value — it’s in the little touches. This wasn’t just a wine tour, it was a full experience. Thank you!!

The whole tour was very amazing and astonishing. We had the chances to explore two unique and special vineyards for wine tasting activities. The wine was spectacular, and we bought some back home coz it’s wonderful. We also stopped at the restaurant for our lunch, and it’s great again, both the staff and the food!!! We had a pork belly and roasted duck for the mains and tiramisu for the dessert, which was fantastic.

Daniel, the tour guide, was also fabulous during the tour. He was nice, easy going, and friendly, who would explain the history of hunter valley and provide much useful info during the tour.

The tour was marvellous in nature. Will definitely recommend to friends!
