Our tours are designed for those who appreciate a premium, boutique wine experience. We visit small, family-run wineries where you can enjoy intimate tastings of unique wines not found in mainstream stores. We also include fine dining at a hatted restaurant, ensuring a luxurious and unforgettable day.

We exclusively offer private group tours. You can choose between our carefully curated tours or your own self guided tour.

We cater to groups of 2-10 people. However, if you have a larger group in mind please reach out and we’ll do our best to put something together for you.

Yes! A long lunch at a hatted restaurant is included in the price of most of our tour options.
Our restaurant partners have been carefully chosen for their impeccable food and dining experiences.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated. just let us know when booking.

Booking & Payments

Simply click on your desired tour, choose the number of people in your group, and which date you’d like to depart. Our easy to use booking software will take you through the rest!

Yes, a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your tour. The remaining balance is due the week before your tour.

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to confirm all tours, private charters, and transfers. Changes to bookings after payment are subject to Coast to Cork’s discretion.Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds: Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless a cancellation is initiated by Coast to Cork. No refunds will be given for changes of mind, inability to attend, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Postponed Tours: We will try to accommodate rescheduled tours, but availability is not guaranteed. Customers may be offered a booking transfer or a credit valid for 12 months at Coast to Cork’s discretion.
Cancellations:
No refunds for change of mind.
If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., natural disasters, venue cancellations), an administration fee applies:
30+ days’ notice: No fee
7–30 days’ notice: 10% fee
7 days or less: 30% fee
These policies reflect the costs incurred for planning, staff, venue fees, and administration.

Yes! Our gift vouchers make the perfect present for wine and food lovers and can be customized for any amount or tour package.
Tour Experience & Customisation

Our tours have been carefully curated to offer a range of experiences to suit different guests. However, if you have specific requests for changes once your itinerary has been given, we are always more than happy to work with you so that you are 100% happy with your day.
We do offer a self guided tour for those who’d like to choose their preferred wineries.

Yes! Our restaurant partners can accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special requests. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Yes! Many of the boutique wineries offer exclusive wines not available elsewhere. We provide storage in the vehicle, and some wineries also offer shipping services.

We recommend smart casual attire, with comfortable shoes for walking through vineyards. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also advisable for warmer days.

Our tours are designed for adults, with a focus on wine appreciation and fine dining. However, we can arrange tours that accommodate families if needed.
Transport & Logistics

We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Central Coast, and select locations upon request.

We use luxury, air-conditioned vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and luxury vans, ensuring comfort and style for our guests.

For safety and compliance, we do not permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle. However, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy wines at the wineries.

Our tours operate rain or shine! Most tastings are held indoors, and we provide umbrellas if needed. The Hunter Valley shines all year round.
